Freedom Team | Towards a Great India

1.         I will definitely be subscribing for the future issues of your magazine.Your teams choice of potential leaders should have in addition to the belief in the concept of freedom should have a strong empathy towards the illiterate masses and also the Intellect to interact confidently with the wide spectrum of knowledgeable people in the country .Iam sure your team will consider all these and come up with real good future leaders.

2.         Thanks for this. This is very worthwhile endeavour.

3.         Well anything pertaining to motherland is always of direct interest, somethings more and somethings less though. Recently Times of India ran a competition for selecting a good leader under the competition called,"Lead India" which was run weekly on TV and out of a number of competitors in the final round the panel in addition to votes from all India viwers selected a winner. This was a qualified person who had gone to a village and adopted it and was instrumental in the people's upliftment. It was quite interesting watching the show and learn that there are many people who are quietly working among the poor masses and trying with their own might whatever difference they can make to whatever number. It seems there are ways other than politics which people adopt when it is seen that the reach of politics is limited at best. Anyhow that speaks of the ingenuity of the people. And one finds a lot of examples of that-but may be they act as a drop in the ocean. Your thinking is of making a bigger difference by making a fundamental change. And perhaps that is what is the harder of the tasks and meets a lot of resistance and takes a lot of time. But persevearnce here is also the key. Best of the voyage of freedom!

4.         Thanks. Why should we target only politics? Are other groups free from faults? Why the public elect from corrupt and criminal lot? why people do not vote on the basis of good work done by the candidates? Why people want populist measures? Why people do not want to work hard? Why people do not want systems in place? I think it is the people who are responsible for dirty politics.

5.         Looks like great revolution is going to come up soon. I was a revolutionist once and saw dreams of Ideal India… but now everything has died down and I have come to the conclusion...."yah to nahi sudharegaa"..it is like a dog's tail...even if u keep it inside a pipe for 6 months to straighten it out, it will still bend and remain the same. My conclusion is that what we need is survival tactics in India...I may be wrong too. But this is my view. Good luck with the good work you are doing...I know pen is mightier than sword.

6.         GREAT JOB. I am signed up to the group. But honestly, I doubt if anyone can ever change this country. Unless we have a Hitler. Still will try to rope in as many as possible to be part of the group.
